Toby Keith Honored by Military Officers Association

On April 21 country music star Toby Keith will receive the Military Officers Association’s 2009 Distinguished Service Award. Mr. Keith will receive the award for his outstanding dedication to military people. He has performed more than 100 USO shows and is about to embark on his eighth USO tour. Also being presented with the award are Union Pacific and Thomas J. Day, founder of Bugles Across America.

Receiving the MOA’s Colonel Arthur T. Marix Congressional Leadership Award will be Senator Jim Webb, Representative Susan Davis and Representative John McHugh. Read more about the MOA’s awards.
