New Jersey Family Finds Closure After Korean War Soldier is Identified

Nearly 60 years after Army Sgt. Dougall Espey was killed in Korea, his remains have been identified and returned to his family in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Bobbie Espey, his sister, says that now that the family has his remains, their grieving process can end.

A medal, wallet, watch and his dog tags were found with the sergeant’s body and also returned to the family. Sgt Espey will be buried on April 3rd, what would have been his 80th birthday.
