This Week on Veterans Chronicles

This week on the American Veterans Center’s weekly radio series, Veterans Chronicles, host Gene Pell talks to retired U.S. Army General Frederick M. Franks. A veteran of Vietnam, General Franks would go on to command VII Corps in Desert Storm, and was responsible for the hugely successful “left hook” maneuver, which took on 14 enemy divisions while losing fewer than 100 casualties. He co-authored the memoir, Into the Storm with Tom Clancy.
